This 10-week course is not about losing weight, and it isn’t about changing what you eat. Instead we invite you to shift your focus towards how you eat - or in other words, onto who you are as an eater. Our beliefs, mindsets, behavioral patterns, and emotional, neurobiological, and physiological states, all influence how our bodies process and store the food that we eat, and ultimately shape our overall health and wellbeing. The good news is that freedom, holistic health, and psychological and spiritual wellness can be found by taking a deep dive into the underlying transdiagnostic factors that drive disordered eating behaviors, physical diseases, and psychological disorder.
